Morpheus Personal Automation ("the app") is a private automation system operated by Dor Tzabari for the account owner's own use. This policy explains how the app handles information obtained through Google APIs.
Information the app accesses
The app accesses only the Google data and permissions that the account owner authorizes. Depending on the enabled workflow, this may include:
- Gmail messages, metadata, labels, and attachments;
- Google Calendar events and related metadata;
- Google Drive files, folders, and file metadata; and
- Google Sheets content and metadata.
The app also stores OAuth credentials and limited operational logs needed to run and troubleshoot these workflows. It does not collect Google account passwords.
How information is used
Google user data is used only to provide workflows requested by the account owner, such as organizing and summarizing information, synchronizing files, reading or updating spreadsheets, and monitoring personal automations.
The app does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, build advertising profiles, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials, configuration, and limited workflow data are kept on access-controlled private systems. Access is restricted to the operator and the automated services required to perform the requested workflows. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including restricted credential files and encrypted network connections.
Sharing and disclosure
Google user data is not sold or shared for advertising. It may be processed by infrastructure or AI service providers selected by the account owner only when necessary to perform a requested workflow, maintain security, comply with law, or with the account owner's explicit consent. Only the data needed for that task is provided.
Human access to Google user data is limited to actions requested or approved by the account owner, security purposes, legal obligations, or troubleshooting with the account owner's consent.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only as long as needed for the requested workflows, security, and troubleshooting. The account owner can delete locally stored data and credentials at any time and can revoke the app's Google access from the Google Account permissions page.
Google API Limited Use
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
